Shipping policy
Jardín del Sol is committed to delivering the highest quality roses to our customers worldwide directly to the destination airport closest to your location. By selecting our products, you are agreeing to the Incoterm CPT conditions, this policy details our shipping procedures to ensure that roses arrive at their destination in optimal conditions and in compliance with all international regulations.
Packaging and packing
Boxes: We will use heavy duty corrugated cardboard boxes, specifically designed to withstand international shipping conditions. The boxes will be of suitable size to protect the roses from shock and vibration.
Filling material: We will use biodegradable and non-toxic filling materials to ensure that the roses remain fixed inside the box and avoid damage during transportation.
Labeling: Each box will have a clearly visible label with the following information.
Name of the sender and recipient
Full address
Phone number
Order number
Contents (roses)
Gross and net weight
Statement of value
Special instructions (if applicable)
Additional documents
Commercial Invoice: A detailed commercial invoice will be issued including an accurate description of the products, quantity, value, weight and country of origin.
Phytosanitary certificate: The corresponding phytosanitary certificate will be obtained from the competent authorities, which certifies that the roses comply with the phytosanitary requirements of the country of destination.
Other documents: Any other documents required by the customs of the destination country, such as certificates of origin, will be included.
Incoterm
Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To). The cost of the goods (roses) and freight to the destination airport are included in the price you pay in our online store. We will specify the destination airport closest to your location at the time of purchase.
Customs
The buyer is responsible for handling all customs formalities in the destination country, including payment of duties, taxes and other associated costs.
Sure
We recommend that buyers take out transport insurance to cover possible losses or damages during the air journey.
Tracking and Tracing
Customers will receive a tracking number so they can track their order online.
Our customer service team will be available to provide assistance and answer any questions regarding shipping.
Responsibility
Jardín del Sol is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions, strikes or customs issues.
However, we are committed to doing everything possible to minimize the impact of these factors and ensure that the roses reach their destination as quickly as possible.
Replacement policy
Upon receiving the roses, it is important that you inspect them immediately and report any damage or discrepancies to the airline and us.
In case the roses arrive in poor condition, we will evaluate each case individually and, if appropriate, offer a replacement.
